Doing moho.document:Refresh() every time you switch layers, enter/exit frame zero, etc. might cause a performance lag.

How can i find time line change? Even i just simple set key on key was exist before?

I would at least check that the current layer has been shifted on the sequencer and it's a frame higher than the layer's start frame, so you only run the risk of slowing performance for layers/frames you really need it on.

Yes you right.
For now i add tggle mode with diffrent sound.
