Fatal error 2023

Post by alperocak »

I'm a registered Moho user.

Moho 13.5 suddenly started giving fatal error 2023.
I uninstalled the program. I deleted all registry entries with the help of a program (revo uninstaller) and old folders.
I downloaded a new digital copy. And reinstall.
The result is the same.

I'm in the middle of a project I have to finish and I'm worried.

Can you please help?

Thanks in advance

Can't be sure if it's the same matter but it wouldn't hurt to check this thread -> http://www.lostmarble.com/forum/viewtop ... 92#p196647

Thanks.
I've tried. Unfortunately the same problem persists.

Sorry to hear. Have no other ideas but I believe someone would drop by with a new one.
Fingers crossed

Try deleting all the files in: C:\ProgramData\Smith Micro
Program Data is a hidden folder, by default, so you may need to View>Show hidden items.

Yes, I've tried all the threads on this in the forum.
I cleaned the Smith Micro folder in the Program Data folder.
Still same problem.

I finally got it done.
I needed to clean the Lost Marble folder, not the Smith Micro folder. Of course it should be. :)

Everything ok now.

Thanks for the replies.
