Line jumps slightly from the desired point

Post by Eric Jacques »

Hello all. I am new here (I worked on Anime Studio Pro and now new on Moho) and I have a question. For example, when I move the eyes on the Smart Bones, the eye always jumps slightly from the desired point (as if she had a magnetic floor grid). Does anyone know what this could be due to. (Moho 13.5 / iMac 2019) Thank you

No, the grid or magnetic grid is not activated.
I'll just try again. I have deleted all the smart bones.

The length of a Smart Bone action is also the 'resolution' of the animation a smart bone can trigger.
If your smart bone action doesn't have enough frames, then things can jump from one position to other during the animation.
If it's the case, I recommend you to extend the duration of the Smart Bones actions to at least 100 frames. That should be enough for subtle movement.

Hello Victor
Thanks for the good tip. The problem is still there. I will do some tests. Maybe I will recognise the problem. A little fan of "Tasse triste"

Maybe you accidentally keyframed the eyes in another smart bone action?

Thank you for the answer. It worked after a few tests. I can only assume that the smart bones had a wrong influence. I redrew the head and the smart bones and finally it worked.
