How do I turn a moho file into a Windows Media Player clip?

How do I turn a moho file into a windows media player friendly file? I don't want to have to get all my mates to download moho to view my animations.

Maybe, how do I turn it into a flash file? I'm using a demo version, but I'm cool with it being in black and white

I think the best solution is to render the Moho file either as an AVI file or as a SWF file. If you use sound, you should add a preloader to the SWF file, e.g. with the Shareware application SWF, Lock & Load, otherwise the sound gets out of sync if your mates play back through the internet. Remember that some features of Moho will not be displayed in the SWF file.

The AVI file should be Windows Media Player friendly.

You'd need Windows Movie Maker.
