Though I've used the exact same settings as in moho 13.
Maybe you can check this attachment. It can be seen from the significant difference in file size.

That quality slider was likely from access to QuickTime, which 13.5 no longer has. On 12/13 you have the Quality slider. On 13.5 we do not. I was able to get a similar bitrate to 13.5 when I reduced the 13 render Quality to around 65. Do we know what the 'hidden' Quality setting is on 13.5?
