Display Text too small - HELP PLEASE

I've downloaded and activated 13.5 but the icons and text in the interface are really small.
I use a Wacom Cintiq 16 with a setting o 1080, 1920 X 1080 with a secondary monitor that a move windows too to extend workspace. That monitor is also 1920 x 1080.
My Windows 10 display size setting is at 150% on the Wacom and 100% on the main monitor.
I've tried changing the text size in preferences which makes a small difference but still too small.

I hate having to mess with display settings because it always seems to muck up the way my other programs work.
Is this what I'm going to have to do?

SOLVED

Just in case anyone else has this problem, it's about changing the DPI settings for the program.

Worked for me. I had just updated to Moho Debut 13.5 and all on-screen text was way too small to read. Thank you for posting your solution!
