My mom got up from bed with out my help, I'm in Florida to help her and got angry at the end of the video.
Hey, I'm trying to make some money here, so watch some more of my stupid videos and subscribe to help me build my youtube channel or:
Hi dueyftw,
Not sure what's going on with your posts but I have seen a few of them now where there seems to be a large gap between your text and the link?
Is there supposed to be an image of the video there? Victor posted a great tutorial on how to correctly embed videos. I can't seem to locate that thread atm. Maybe someone can chime in?
Cheers

Nah, providing a compatible link to this forum is really all you can do to make sure the embedded video appears. The backup plan is to include a clickable/readable link.
Unfortunately, it's on the user to view the page with the compatible link. That can happen when the user bookmarks a link to this forum using an incompatible URL. As long as the user is aware of why this happens, they can fix their bookmark. (I still occasionally run into this issue with my old bookmarks.)
Just in order to depict the Greenlaw's input - a day ago or so (once I saw the comment), I went for the https load of this page and there was a space for displaying the video's 'thumb' but it was empty
Even now when the forum is updated, it would look the same but there is an https link to the YT, at the bottom. Hopefully, this was automatic and would resolve this kind of occurrences in future.
So.. I think the issue is with the BBCode for Youtube which creates an embed link starting with http://
I have done a little research and this should be resolvable (by Admin) in the Admin Control Panel >> POSTING >> MESSAGES >> BBCodes section.
There should be a BBCode for "youtube". Edit the BBCode for "youtube", and update the URL link in "HTML replacement" to be https://... rather than http://...
A similar edit for the "vimeo" BBCode.
