When I lock a bone attached to other bones, it will still move when I move the other bones. It is constrained, but not completely. I find I have to go back and tweak things a lot, whereas if the bone would just stay put, things would be much simpler.
Is this something that might be improved in the future? Am I doing something wrong?

Same problem here, working with "cleanl setup"and the locked bones are not performing like they should, the waisted time to tweak to get it approx correct is trumendous...but maybe there is something to do, or to not do, work properly? cause just making a "simple" walk is a serious pain as soon as you want to animate a bit outside the moho flow stuff...
