using effects from the Style window Anime Studio Pro 5

How do I apply an effect?

First select a shape (Q), then the style window works.

|I did that, buth when I open the effectmenu ,per example "spots", and click ok nothing happens.

You need to render to see the effects (especially in version 5

)
