ClipStudioPaint Paint on Body shape

MacBook Pro OSX El Capitan Ver 10.11.6 ClipStudioPaintPro V.1.6.7

How can I paint on a body shape? I'd like to get rid of the blue lines and paint in skin and clothes. Is this possible? Thank you. Image
I use a MacBook Pro, and Anime Studio Pro 11.2

If I was doing this, (and assuming this is a two-dimensional image) I'd use the image as a mask and paint stuff over that. Easy.
You can't have everything. Where would you put it?
