Grouping Layers in Moho Studio Debut 12

Hey, so im following this tutorial,

which uses masking and grouping layers to make a mouth. The tutorial is in Moho Debut 11, and im using 12, but surely there has to still be a way to do this.
if there isint that would really suck and kinda make Moho Studio Debut 12 a downgrade to Moho Studio Debut 11.

Group layers are a Pro feature, but you can use Bone layers instead.
