I bought Cintiq 27QHD a few days ago and start working with Anime Studio. The cursor freezes when I right click to a group layer. It also happens when I left click to a tool. (For example Add Point or Transform Points) The cursor keeps its position until I right click again. Would you please help me? Why does it happen?

I'm using the same one and don't have this issue. I could do some testing and see if I can replicate the issues.
What OS are you on and does this happen every time you or only sometimes?

I deselected Windows Ink from Wacom Properties panel and it looks like it is working nice now. I will write again if it will happen again.

I seem to recall having a similar problem with my Wacom Cintiq Companion 2 tablet computer after I installed Windows 10 about a year ago. I don't remember exactly what I did to fix it but your solution sounds familiar.onurdemirsoy wrote:I am using Windows 10 x64. It sometimes happens.

I have a large desktop Cintiq at work and no problems with using ASP on it there. Running on Win 7 though.
