Flash loop control?

Ability to control if and how many times an exported flash animation loops.

this can be edited in a Flash editor. Check out Macromedia, KoolMoves, Swift.... google it, there's loads of them.

It can also be controlled in the HTML of the web page where you embed put your SWF file.
