Shape order?

Please could someone tell me how to change the shape stacking order (i.e. on a single layer)?

I cannot find "Bring to front" or "Send to back" which, obviously, must be somewhere!

1. Select a shape.
2. See "Draw" menu.

Thank you very much.

I'd missed it by using the Select Points tool to select the shape which grays them out! It's the Select Shape tool I needed to use but I didn't think of it as a Fill activity.
