I find this problem in any rig. Flexible points or hard bind points, even image layer (raster) setup, always this bug when i try rebind bone with child bones hierarchy (more then one bone).

Yes, it's seems to be both are bugs.
The second one is more related to the way AS should work, though. If you want to hide or show Stroke/Fill, you must use the Style window checkbox instead of painting again. However, the behavior we can see in the video is not consistent.
I will report this two problems in Mantis.

Being able to create multiple shapes on the same points has been requested by fluent users, but this often caused problems for newer users. I thought this may have been an attempt to split the difference.
