I've tried everything of all the tutorials but I still can't animate my images I trace. Please can someone please give me step by step instructions on how to take an image trace and make each body part a vector layer so I can setup bones rig and bind.
I already know how to rig, bind and set up bones. I just need to take my Image and make the body parts into vectors.
Please can someone help me

Re: Please can someone help me
I'm guessing you've done a drawing in something like Photoshop, imported it as an image on one layer and used the AS trace function??
If not, the rest of this post is irrelevant! - Let me know more about the image / workflow you're trying to use.
However, if so:
the problem is that the vectors that AS's trace function creates out of a "picture" aren't really useful for animation - they're more like lines that separate areas of colour rather than vectors that give shapes of torso, arms, ... etc that are needed for animation.
You have two fundamental choices:
In PS (or whatever) design your character in layers that are useful for animation - e.g. hand, forearm, upper arm, torso ... import those as such and use bones / layer movement etc directly on the image layers (or, if you must, use auto trace on each of those elements to create vectors)
Or
By hand create vector layers based on your drawing as a tracing image.
