So without warning all of my keyboard shortcuts have been erased. When I go into "keyboard shortcuts" everything is greyed out and uneditable, with a note at bottom stating "default settings cannot be edited. Choose a custom settings file to edit." So when I try creating a custom file, I get the "An error occurred reading the keyboard shortcuts. The shortcuts file for %s is missing." I did an entire reinstall of AS (10.1) and it still has the same problem. I need HELP!!! I rely heavily on those shortcuts. Any help greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Casey

Re: Keyboard shortcuts corrupted
Happened to me once, but it turned out that it was a system fluke, it deleted my shortcuts file in the Custom Content Folder under the Keyboard Shortcuts folder.
Just make a backup of your shortcut files from that folder, then put it back on if it ever happens again.
