Breasts

I need to "suggest" breasts rather than out and out draw them. For example, if a woman is wearing a scrub top, it's subtle, and you need to suggest depth there rather than flat like a male would be. Any attempts I've made to do this with black lines seem ridiculous. Maybe you can, but i'm not putting the black lines in the right place?
