Exporting with Transparency

Hi all.

I searched through but couldn't find anything on this. I'm trying to export my animations to use over another movie, but can't find a way to keep the transparency on my exported animations. I tried the codec mentioned in the manual but had no luck.

Any solutions to hand?

if u use 32bit: install quicktime , and export mov
if u use 64bit: install Lagarith-Lossless-Video-Codec and export avi movie -- in the compressor select Lagarith-Lossless and in configure select mode to RGBA.

anyone have solution for export MOV with alpha channel in 64bit ?

Apple doesn't support Quicktime on 64bit.
