So I don't have a preferences file in Library - App Support - smith micro - anime studio so where would it be? I'm trying to do a clean install after having the last few projects act buggy as hell.
I can't find it. Each install I do has the same issues and it remembers my preference settings and serial number so I'm missing install files that I need to erase, but don't know where the preferences/sn are to trash for a clean install. Anyone know?
To be blunt, wish I waited six months to upgrade for v 11.3 etc. Nothing but lag, glitch after glitch, and things not working more and more.
How do I clean install ASP 11 ?

The preference file is usually somewhere like:
C:\Documents and Settings\*User*\Application Data\Smith Micro\Anime Studio Pro\*Version*
Sounds like user error problems.

On a Mac btw not PC.
I see there's files in the SHARED FOLDER - for app support/smith micro /asp11 etc. But none of those are preferences as each new install still has the settings from my old install and still having glitchy behavior.
