HELP! AS 9.2 crashed and will not re-start.

Anime Studio Pro 9.2 has a problem. I had noticed the last time I started it, I had to wait like 20 minutes before the program started. Now, it won't start at all. My next course of action is a system reboot. If that doesn't work, I'm not sure what to do. I have tried starting both the 64 bit and the 32 bit versions. Neither will start. I am using Windows 7.

Has anyone else had this problem? I don't see any bug reports here. I see that there is a 9.5 update. I will try that too.

Okay, I did a system reboot, and that worked, but I'm still looking for an answer, since this delayed start up has been an issue for awhile. This time it started right away. Before, when it wasn't starting, I checked and there was a process running, I just wasn't seeing an interface. Is there some sort of cache that needs to be cleared or something?

My guess is that something happened and the executable got stucked in memory, that is asuming you are using Windows.

If it ever happens again, just press ctrl/shift/esc, this opens the windows task manager, go under prosesses and see if there is a process running Anime Studio, if there is, just right click on it then click end process, this should resolve the problem!

That is exactly what I did do, and it didn't help. The only thing that helped was rebooting.

Are you opening AS with a large file? Does your computer have other problems?
