I have completed an Animation and am having trouble doing the final rendering.

File>Export Animation then select your options.

If exporting an animation:
File > Export
File > Preview animation (if testing animation only)
Ctrl + E
If exporting a picture:
File > Preview
File > Preview no antialiasing
Ctrl + R
Hopes this helps, just follow the instructions for animations as needed, choose your format if a picture, set your file info, and save, then the rendering window will show, once that stops, the animation/picture will be done, usually that only applies to animations though as pictures are rnedered on the fly at a slightly lower quality.
