Let's say i've got one papayago dat file for the dialog for 4 mouths, which simplifies the papagayo work.. Within Anime Studio, how could I activate or deactivate a mouth's switch layer on the timeline?
For example, at frame 100, i want to turn on the switch layers for lip sych of character 1. At frame 125, i want to turn character 1's lip sych off, and turn character 2's lip synch on till frame 140. And so on and so forth.
How can I accomplish this? I know Mike Kelley does this, but I can't figure out how he does it. I've looked at his videos and I miss where he does this.

If I understand correctly, you have 4 character's dialogue in 1 dat file?
Just import this and copy 3 times. Open one character's mouth switch layer. Select all keys not belonging to him and erase. Repeat with remaining characters.

I understand what you're saying. Mike Kelley has a way of using only one dat file, but turning the mouths on and off. that's actually what I'd like to do. I just can't think of a way you could do that.slowtiger wrote:If I understand correctly, you have 4 character's dialogue in 1 dat file?
