Feature comparison between 8,9,10?

I am using Anime Studio 8 Debut at the moment. Why I should upgrade to version 10? Are there interesting new features? Perhaps there is a feature comparison somewhere. I was a long time busy with other things and I have not followed the development of the past few years.

PS: Is the release of version 11 near? Should I wait for upgrade (if I upgrade)?

I have upgraded. I have seen, the upgrade from any older version is only 14,99 €. That is very fair! :D
