Hi guys it's been a long time since i had a problem i couldn't solve on my own in AS10 so here i am.Im doing my usual head_turns routine on a chicken rig and on the mouth part i use the layer transform tool to move the beak to the location i desire(until there it works wonderfully) and then i shift to the transform point tool to arrange the shape of the beak and BAM an issue!!!
the points are weirdly snapping to areas i do not wish and my work is all messed up.it seems that when iam in an action and that i use the transform point tool weird stuff happens(only on this chicken rig). here's the rig you can check it out for yourself(this is an outdated one but you can create the smartbone action to see for yourself what i am talking about) https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B05DOz ... sp=sharing
allright thanks for checking it out man...as i told you this file is outdated.here is the updated one ,the one i got problems with .i changed the bec bone layer into a group layer so that i can operate all my default bone animations from the "Kramo" layer.
try to enter the head_turn action and change the points position within the action for the snapping only occur when im into the action.weird enough as its the only file that behaves like this https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B05DOz ... sp=sharing
Your "bec_open/close" action is acting on the same points and causing the snapping. If you delete the bone keyframes from that action while working on the "head_turn" action it won't snap any more. You'll just have to redo the "bec_open/close" bone keyframes when you're done.
