I got a little bit more done than the other students.
The teacher thought it would be grate if I did an animated gif, so I did Flower.

Nice reel! Who was the person talking about the rules of animation? It looked like Scott Bakula. I like the parasites concept, it could make a great series! I think it could benefit from a little bit faster pacing and bringing in some voice actors to cover the high-pitched voices. Is the SVA class over now? It's so cool that you took that class. What were the exercises/projects assigned? It looks like one of them was a walk assignment? I'm thinking of taking a drawing class to improve my character animation. It would be great to hear how your class was!

I took it mostly to brush up on fundamentals. The class had two teachers. One very old school and older than me and used his picture for the 13 rules. And the other teacher was a few years younger. She show me animation in Photoshop and After Effects. Both suck, really. Photoshop was such a pain to animate with. And After Effects was no better. The walk was an assignment for the class. Trust me when I say I can do a better walk in AS then After Effects. I got After Effects on my own computer for now because of the class but going to get rid of it and use Fusion. I like After Effects over Fusion but Fusion is free and After Effects is 30 a month for ever.

Parasites was done but had some problems. Wished that I had one more week, would have fix some stuff in it. All the voices are me. The biggest problem was codec's for rendering. I was using and old one that lost the video to sound sync. Normally I render to image. I'm thinking of expanding Parasites to a much longer video.

But for right now I'm learning a new software, CACANi and will be posting some videos of using it with AS.
