Add Keyframe - no shortcut?

Is there a way to make a keyboard shortcut for "Add keyframe" in the Animation menu? It is so handy to set all those channels in one click, yet there is no shortcut for it in any of the A.S. versions.

Does anyone know a shortcut that selects all bones? Right now I am clicking the "Select bone" tool and then pressing Cmd + A, but I was wondering if there is a way to avoid 2 steps and make it just one?
