why characters parts move

I am making my on movie , its my first attempt so please tell me why my charaters body parts move here and there while moving the camera tool

It sounds like you may have keyframes on your timeline you may not be aware of. Select the shapes that are moving and check your timeline for unwanted keyframes.

no not at al i have chekwd it its moving while i move the camera

If it's a layer that you don't want to move at all, you can check the box that says "Immune to camera movement" in the Layer Settings menu.
