Hi,
I'm a new user of AS, currently using the newest 9.1 version on Mac OSX 10.6.8
When incorporating audio, a stereo-track with voiceover and music, I loose the entire right side (stereo channel) when doing a close up using the Camera Zoom tool. Overall, this has the effect of making the spoken voice quieter when zooming in to a talking character, i.e. the opposite of what one would otherwise experience in the so-called "real world".
So... what gives? I have spent hours working with what scant audio controls I can find in this software, but I can find nothing, no settings that would cause, or help to resolve this behavior.
Is this a known (or unknown) bug? Or am I missing something, some setting which could be adjusted?
Thanks much!
v9.1 looses right stereo channel on zoom-ins. Bug or???

open the preferences for the audio layer and under audio disable 'spacial positioning'... stupid default!

Wow thanks! How in the world did I miss that?
I like the idea, but indeed, it would be better if this one were to be unchecked by default.
