reverse "sharp corners"

With the add point tool there is a hint "hold ctrl/cmd to reverse sharp corners".
Using Mac OS X, holding ctrl is the same like using the right mouseclick, so holding cmd must be the right choice. But nothing happens - with deselected sharp corners and holding cmd while adding a point, still a round corner is used.
