Hmmm... HuUM! I mean: Hi, and... well I'm at it, for a while indeed... but I wanted to avoid to have to deal with several versions and some aspects of the tool was in such a WIP/fixing state that finally things became much more complicated than it seemed at first sight... plus, it's requiring to take some decisions and I'm pretty bad and slow on that matter... So, although I wanted to avoid it as far as possible, I think the real solution at the moment is what capricorn33 (thank you, BTW) suggested HERE, or wait (sorry 
). Anyway, and of course, feel free to let me know anything you consider appropriate.

I was interest by usin AS as a storyboard motion maker. but i realize the timeline in AS9 is not made for that and make the job too complicate.
Working on frame and not seconds and minutes is not great.

Sorry, I just realized I only had the "LostWiggleTool" in mind at the time I replied, but talking about other tools... Well I was recently working indeed on the up-to-date of the "LostDoodleTool" and I have just uploaded it just in case anyone be (still) interested on such a thing. It should be usable now at least on the two or three last ASP versions but I've mainly tested it on ASP 9 under Windows 7 32-bit, of course, you must take into account the (new!) way tools must be treated/installed in ASP 9, that is, using "User Content Folders" instead Program Files ones, basically and (this is IMPORTANT!) putting the "ScriptResources" directly at same level there than "tool" and "utility" ones. Typically (for Windows 7 at least), and taking this Windows 7 location: "C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Anime Studio\Anime Studio Pro\scripts" as a starting point, something like follows:

Not sure if this will solve your problem, but it's actually possible to work with SMPTE instead just frame numbers by checking the "Use SMPTE timecode" option under "Edit -> Preferences...", I totally prefer that way too indeed.
