Actions ASP8

[DVTVFilm]

I created an action to rotate an object on a layer. Saved, etc.

Clicking on another vector layer, I want to apply that same action to an element on this second layer.

But, the Action has disappeared from the action list.

Click back on the layer I created it in, and it reappears in the action list.

Are actions layer specific? Meaning they are not available to apply on a different layers?

Ahh, well-- that's too bad-- but no problem to remake for each layer. I was hoping they were like PS actions that I could apply from a library I would construct. But no matter.
