Sketchy effect

There's really good sketchy stroke style in Project settings but it's applied on the whole project which is not really needed at times. is there any way to achieve the same effect by other means in Anime studio?

Experiment with 'noisy outlines' in your vector layers... try different settings to suit yourself... that may give you the look and feel you are looking for...

Thanks. i guess it's the only way. But still I wanted to say that in my opinion 'noisy outlines' still look a bit different than the strokes when you apply Sketchy effect in PS.
