How do i include a file in my post?

Hi, i really need to know how to include files in my posts as i need to post a tutorial in hope someone would be kind enough to review it for a school project for me, i made the tutorial and i need other to review.

(The tutorial is text-based with images which need to be included but if i copy and paste into the post the images are not included.)

please help

You need some external webspace to which you can link.
