Sequencer

Post by CSCorbridge »

Hello...So here's my problem. I used the sequencer timeline tool in ASP v.7 to have two of my characters begin dialog at 42 seconds into the short. I then completed a whole bunch of animating beyond that timeframe. Now I've decided I need them to start talking before the 42 second mark. When I put in the audio, I've noticed that the automatic lipsync will not work until after the 42 second mark where that little green play icon is in the timeline. How do I pull that start point back without also pulling all of my other keyframes beyond the 42 second mark back along with it?

Another sequencer question - whenever I use the sequencer tool it seems to work okay, but my camera movement keyframes are not affected by changes made by the sequencer - and there is no option in the sequencer tool to slide the camera key frames around.

Anyone know any solutions to either problem?? Thanks

There is an option in the animation sub-menu that lets you re-scale a specified frame range. So you can drag your layers back where you need and then use that option to re-scale the rest of the animation to what you need. You can also use this to re-do camera movements.
