Animated Cartoon Background Scene

The post title pretty much says it all. This video marks the start of my monthly animation challenge. I don't know how long I will keep it up, but I'm basically gonna try to create at least one animation a month no matter how short or long. Wish me luck.

What is this background for? It looks like a film noir crime scene, but the music suggests a news report.

I honestly made it just to get the ball rolling with my montly animation challenge. The background idea just popped into my head, so I went with it.

Go for it... it takes the process of technical learning + real life application by doing projects to get a consistent workflow.
