I opened all of the mouth shape sets that come with the program to find one that would work best on my character, and most of them do not work right with interpolate turned on. They become a tangled mess between certain combinations.
Is there a place where I can find more mouth sets that work correctly?
If not, how can this be fixed?
I am working on a low budget animation and don't have a lot of time.
Thanks in advance!

You might be able to modify existing mouth sets so they interpolate, provided they are constructed well (many are not).
For example, I selected Jace from version 6 folder. I switched all the standard phonemes on the timeline and I noticed half of the phonemes interpolate except for the following: REST, L, MBP, FV, U
It would be relatively easy to recreate just these 5 phonemes using one of the other phonemes as a base. For example, take AI and make REST and MBP, take O and make U. FV and L are the tricky ones since you need to add a tongue to all the mouth shapes to accommodate the L. Here's a quick example: JasonMouth.anme (ver. 8 )
Your post suggests that there might be market for mouth sets on Content Paradise. The few characters I purchased there tend to have same problem, and some of them just reused the mouths from the Library.
But for expedience sake, you might consider simply not using interpolated mouths. The stepped mouth shapes tend to look better for lip syncing anyway.
Good luck on your project.

Yeah, I gave up on trying to use interpolated mouth shapes and just used one of the stock mouth sets. It seems to look fine with this character. I just increased the stroke width a bit.
On my last project I went to the trouble of making my own mouth sets that would interpolate, but it took awhile. I'd use one of those, but the style is different.
I think my client will be happy with what I did. He asked for "South Park" style animation and it's a low budget project.
Thanks!
