Can Anime Studio do this?

I saw Toon Boom offered the 3d Perspective View thing, but it also offered sort of layering to put some objects closer and some further in a 2d environment, I wanted to know if Anime Studio can do that?

I'm finally learning to animate. I bought the Official Guide for AS5 in 2008, (but using AS7 myself :-p).
