Where is preferences menu (Anime Studio Debut 8 on a MAC)

I need to uncheck the "consolidate time line channels" in the preferences menu. I'm using Anime Studio 8 Debut. The manual says that:
"Mac users will find the Preferences command in the Anime Studio menu category".

I can't find the preferences menu. Please, any MAC users, HELP!

Hey smk,
I'm on AS Pro 8, but I think it's probably the same.

In the upper left corner of the screen near your Apple icon, you should the words "Anime Studio Pro" as a pulldown menu. Under that, you'll see "Preferences." The option to "consolidate timeline channels" should be there.
