How Do You Shift Perspective Points With Textured Shape?

Post by Yosemite Sam »

Hey guys,

Just wondering if there's a way to adjust the perspective points on a shape with a texture effect added?

I drew a square, then used Effect 1 to add a "brick wall" texture, but if I use the perspective points tool, the shape is affected, but the texture remains face on.

Thanks

You will have to use the rotate layer tool for the texture to work right and this is a Pro tool not available in Debut.
Sorry for bad animation

Sbtamu,

Awesome, thanks. Yeah, using pro. It's actually a shape within a layer, but I'll just cut and paste it into it's own layer. Really appreciate the the insight. You guys are great here.
