I believe that is a disclaimer in case no one submits anything or in case the entries can not be used for some reason or other.

Sounds cool but I'm anti Happy Holiday and pro Merry Christmas. I could never take Christ out of Christmas or just call it a holiday. But I'll be looking forward to seeing what ever the chosen winner has made.
