Have you tried using the bone deformation on image layers technique instead of cutout.. just a suggestion.

It seems you know how to tell a good story. I went and watched all of your videos earlier today.

Just tidy up the animation part. The floating legs and arms mostly.

I don't think I've used that "bone deformation on image" method before.. can you refer me to a simple video to explain how to do it? Thanks greatly.
