I want to export without gigantic files

Post by Suchiko »

Can anyone help? I want everything to look nice and smooth like in the preview rendering in AS, but I don't want a couple seconds of video to take up my whole hard drive. I've tried a couple different codecs on my computer that give me the size and clarity I want, but they all change the colors and make it look washed out.

does anyone have any suggestions for anything (free) I can get to fix this? I'm really ready to get started on my project, but I can't do anything until this color/sizing issue is resolved!

Have You tried swf export?

Swf is the smallest usually, but does not support everything.

In my opinion h-264 is the most compressed codec, whether in Quicktime or avi.
