The poses are good, but with very fast movements such as these, I think you should animate on ones (like the crouch part of the sequence). Also add tween frames with the smear techniques like you did in your sword animation.
Overall your drawings have gotten really good and solid. I'm looking forward to seeing more.
As Neeters_Guy said....great poses. It's difficult to tell from the video exactly what it will look like but I think it will be very dynamic with a bit of attention.

sometimes, usually only if the background has some bearing on the movement some depth or whatnot or I just need it to place my characters but mostly its just pencil drawings on a blank slate with an idea of what the background will be
