Another spot

Post by Víctor Paredes »

Hi, I participated animating all the characters in this spot.
http://vimeo.com/30097791
I received each character in psd, animate them and send the render to other guy who made the final composition in a 3d software.

PD: I knew after working on it, the idea is plagiarism from another spot maybe you have seen. As I'm only a worker in this, I had nothing to do with that (and sadly plagiarism is very common here). Sorry.

Thanks selgin for showing the great power of ASP.
I think that human character part is done in ASP and rest in some other 3D App?

I've seen the idea before, but this looks pretty damn good to me...
You can't have everything. Where would you put it?

It looks very nice.

Close to the ending (00:23) when page is turned... was that done in AS or you exported layers for 3D app?

Exactly.

I'm not completely sure, but I think it's 3d Studio Max.

I animated only the 2d characters in AS. Each character was exported as png sequence, then imported to the 3d app. All the 3d effects were made there.

@ selgin

I should have known, since you mentioned your limited involvement. Thanks for the response.
