Trouble sending PM?

I don't think my PM's are going through. When I check "Sent" they don't appear. Is there a glitch?

Check your outbox, pm's should show up there until the receiver reads them then they will be in the sent box. Maybe the people you're sending them to don't have "notify me" checked in their profile and don't know you've sent them a message.
