Hi.
Can anyone suggest a good,standalone interactive ebook compiler for ipad apps etc? One that will allow import of AS animated material.

Hi Genete.
Just looking at those apps and they appear to be more for e-books rather than interactive apps.

Here's a page of stuff - a few even free: Interactive storybook compilers. Don't know how useful they are.
You can't have everything. Where would you put it?

Not much there that allows import of animation and interactivity construction. Appreciate the response though.

Did'nt think dirctor was still around...lol. I have an ancient copy lying around somewhere but I imagine the latest versions would support interactive e-books these days.

I own a copy of Runrev which is specifically used for producing interactive software and material like director. I used it to produce my VoiceStitcher Software available for free on CP, but from what I am reading and seeing a lot of companies are using simple click based apps to produce their interactive e-books in mere minutes. I have heard Adobe In Design was being used specifically for this but wondered if anyone on the forum had some other info they could offer on alternatives.
