DESPERATE HELP NEEDED IMMEDIATELY! What am I doing wrong?

So, I followed this guy's tutorial's here:

But the thing is, whenever I move the torso bone with the offset key, the foot moves as well! Why? D: I am new in this software and i don't know what I'm doing wrong plus I really need a fast answer!

This sounds like a parenting error. Use the reparent tool on the foot to see if its parented to the torso, an arrow should point from the foot to the shin and not to the torso. if it goes to the torso, select the foot bone and use the reparent tool to change it to the shin.

thank you. that helped me alot. but now I have another problem lol. How can I change the timeline settings for anime studio pro 7? I can't find the settings tab. please help!

What settings do you need? You can change the frame rate in the FILE/PROJECT SETTINGS menu, other settings can be found in the EDIT/ PREFERENCES menu.
