This is an animator friend from Egypt that I used to talk to all the time but since the revolution there I can not really get him to reply to my messages, I have talked to him once since then. Does anyone here know him? Is he ok?

Nah, I wasn't offended by it. You got to look at it from a comics point of view and not look at it as something it isn't.

I couldn't figure out what he was talking about or what the video was about. All I noticed was the huge number of views they received.

He speaks English well but he doesn't do any videos in English. You can use a translator and get what the replies are about and you can get a feeling what he is saying. He is mostly just trying to be funny in a time where there is not much to be funny about.
