According to smith micro marketing, it will be in 10 days.
Have they heard of the Advertiser Standards Agency? Not sure what they would make of a 'sale' which is the same as the regular price. But Moho was re-badged and sold for double the price, so maybe they are putting the price up.
Yes it is $129.99 in this supposed "sale", but last sentence reads "Hurry! Sale pricing ends in 10 days.", suggesting it will not be $129.99 in ten days time.

LOL, I see, seems to me you took an old, scare peoples to upgrade add for an actual truth.
I am pretty sure it will be 129.99 still in 10 days, but many will have bought it then, because they did not catch that it is the regular upgrade price.
That's marketing for ya!
Nah, this arrived in my inbox today. There are regulations against these type of things. Stores for instance can't double their prices just to immediately put them at regular prices but claim it to be a half price sale. To me sm are claiming this to be a sale promotion, yet, unless they intend to change the upgrade to $199.99, then it's not a sale at all.

This is correct.
Its probably is boarder line illegal advertising or at least very bad tactics to use.
Shame on SM for this type of advertising; if it were intentional. Shame on them if it is just an error in wording for not proof reading the ad before release.
I would hope it were just bad wording that slipped through.
